About
Hi, my name is Seth Harris. I started SB Business Endeavors LLC with the hope of becoming one of the top rated STR property management companies out there. I named the company SB business endeavors because it has the initials of my wife and I. This is something we created and started together and we will scale it to be the best together. We have been married since December of 2021 and it's been the best thing that has ever happened to me. The amount of love and support my wife gives me every single day is something I could have never imagined. My wife and I are the kind of people who believe in the phrase "kill them with kindness." No matter how someone may treat us we always strive to treat everyone with the up most respect and love that everyone deserves. On top of that we strive to make sure that we understand the needs of those around us.Real estate is something that has interested me since I was about 15. I used to watch a show called "million dollar listing" with my mom all the time. I loved watching how these guys on the show would go about selling million dollar properties and seeing the amount of work they would put into it. It never looked easy but somehow, they always managed to get the sale. And of course it was always cool to see how much commission they would make from it! After watching the show so many times I decided that one day that would be me. I wanted to be one of those guys on that show. Not literally but more so in the sense of selling those million-dollar properties and making a great living out of it. Once I graduated high school, I knew that I could finally start the journey of real estate. However, it came to occur to me that I never actually knew where to start. One day random day while I was scrolling through Instagram, I saw a post that an old friend had made talking about real estate and getting into it. He said that now is the time to get started and to message him about it if anyone was interested. I decided to take the leap and message him and I am so glad that I did. At first going into it I only thought about the basic aspect of selling houses and making a good commission off of that. My goal was to still be like one of those guys off that tv show. And from the basic research I had done at the time beforehand I really only thought that was the only kind of real estate there was. Little did I know that there are all kinds of different models and strategies to go about real estate. It was a little overwhelming to be frank about it. Even so I still decided to pursue it. After talking to my friend and meeting up I finally knew where to start.Then one day while I was scrolling on Instagram (yet again) I saw a video about someone who changed his life by investing in STR's. Normally I would scroll past videos like that because most of them are just a "get rich quick" kind of thing and turn out to be scams. This time didn't feel the same though and so I decided to look into it more and take the leap in leaning about STR's. And now here we are today.My promise to all my clients is that I can guarantee that I will always put more than 100% effort in to make sure I am hitting the needs of every client. Nothing motivates me more than helping my clients have a happier and easier life by easing the stresses of property managing!
